MASKS ARE required EVEN if vaccinated. If you need one, I have extra disposable masks. I am fully vaccinated with Phizer as of April 2021, booster shot given 11/17/21. My schedule is limited due to standing appointments. Please plan/book in advance or let me know if you would like to be on a waiting list. Appointments have one hour spaced between the next appointment to ensure proper amounts of time for sanitization and filtered scrubbing of airspace of the room.
